For over 17 years, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with amazing executives across the globe, connecting them with top leaders to help their teams thrive and companies scale.

For 8 years, I was fortunate to take a seat on the rocket ship that was Facebook, in an executive talent acquisition role building a pipeline of future leaders for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

I took a key role in establishing and building the business leadership team (all non-tech functions) during a period of exponential scale, which was a fascinating and rewarding learning experience. By the time I left, the operation had grown from 2,000 to nearly 78,000 people working across multiple platforms and products including Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp; and re-branded to Meta Inc.

During 2023 I started an exciting new chapter with Talent by Sidoli.

Having led a division within a global executive search agency then nearly a decade as Executive Recruiter EMEA within an in-house executive talent function, I’ve been both a supplier and a client of agencies.  Through this 360 perspective I am uniquely positioned to help the next generation of scaleups and ambitious corporations realise their executive talent acquisition potential.
